Gratitude Journal ~ the original! App Reviews

I love the app, keeps reminding me to think positive!! But it crashes pretty much every single time I want to use it.

I see a lot of reviews about the app crashing and I have used it multiple times a day daily and havent encountered any issues. It isnt great that I have to "sign in" but I appreciate not losing data if my phone crashes and I have to set everything up again. Great, simple app! I like the daily reminders you can set to prompt you to stop your day-to-day activities and just reflect !

The app update erased all my previous entries! When I open the app now the formatting is missing until I hit the "compose" icon. Now my new entry is gone too.

One sentence: The only QA you needed to do is after the update, be sure that the entries still there and you guys sadly failed. All is gone.

When I first got this app I was thrilled ...it was crashing at first but I could live with that because I like the look and feel of the app...however ...today I go to enter my day and a couple months worth of entries are GONE! So sad as I use this app as healing tool. I did what was suggested to get my entities back but it did not work :(

This is one of the worst apps. Dont pay for it, even if its free its not worth your time. The app freezes and all of your entries will be lost. Every update makes the app worse.

I now re love the Gratitude Journal. Thanks Carla!!

This is it...? For $3.49? Ive got to get into making apps.....! Wish I hadnt bought it.

The previous version was fine. The current version has been rife with problems and now after each update, does not work at all. App support has been slow and inadequate. Ive switched to a different gratitude app.

Hi, I like the app however I noticed all the words and pictures are no longer synced!! :(. Not good!!

Amazing App. Making the Gratitude journal so convenient, motivating (and turning it into a time capsule) is like life insurance for optimism.

So disappointing...I have lost my journal entries for the 2 years in which I dealt with cervical cancer-pics, everything. That was 4 years ago so I gave the app another shot...and just lost the last 2 days entry. App is buggy and Im moving on...

Although I like this app and the purpose of it I do find it frustrating at times. The dates of my entries I reverting to the previous day, so if I enter something today it will backdate it to yesterday. Also there seems to be no way to change the time of the entry, and maybe this is the issue since mine all seem to go in at 12 AM.

It has been truly amazing how my life has changed since I started writing gratitude journal every day !

Love this app. Id make it a 5 if it wasnt shutting down when I open it. Please fix. Ive only had this app for 3 days.

was using app consistanly on iphone6 and would guve it 5STARS...now for past few days doesnt even open up. crashes immediately. 0 stars now...doesnt work & would not recommend :(

Love how easy it is to use and the slideshow when of pictures you use. Really like how quickly they fix crashing issues as well (within 24hrs)

You would think after years of comments about crashing and losing data that the developer would at least try testing the app before launching another update that either causes crash immediately on load or the loss of data or the inability to add new data. Really not a complicated app but the clumsy and careless way its developed and updated means you never know when its going to break next. Ive seen an app be this buggy on an iPhone.
