After keeping my gratitude journal for over three years, my journal and photos disappeared with the update. I requested help daily from Carla White and she never responded. I am devastated.

Well worth the price, this app is simple to use and has some nice bells (like the inspirational quotes). I love how you can add pictures or places. The only issue I have with it is that the slideshow only access a certain amount of photos so you only see the same ones scrolling instead of more recent ones mixed in with the old. Still use it almost every day

Awesome app and extremely easy to use. No excuse not to journal each day now. This app is great therapy!

This app would be great if the password function actually worked

Finally I can make an account. Seems like a pretty nice journal. I would suggest that location services have the option of "only when using app" in addition to always & never. This app has no need to have my location all the time, even if its private, I still dislike this option. Location is only necessary when using the app. Update: even though I have turned location off, when I post a journal entry my location is still listed - sort of. Its listing my neighbors address & not mine. Either way Im not pleased. If I had shared my entry giving away my address to all I would not be ok with that. I guess this app is not for me. I think journaling should be private, but I guess this one wants to share all. Too bad. I think it has some nice features, but until it actually respects my privacy I dont think Ill be using it.

Sunday January 31st is a missing calendar day to write anything, really?? I cant pull that day up and write anything. This is a great concept, no doubt, nothing wrong with that, just the way this app works is the problem. Ill put in data and photos and then the next day it disappears, this has happened on several days. And other quirky things like my entry shows up on another day not the one Iq wrote on. And right now Im looking and two days are missing from my journal that I inputed a couple days ago. Frustrating.

This app really does work! Its so good to document all the little things that you are grateful for throughout each day, and Gratitude Journal makes it simple to do. Its a neat app and worth the download/purchase!!!

Any entires Ive made since Sept 2015 are gone. Every time I log out my recent entries are not saved. Ive tried contacting support but its not letting me post my questions. This app has become useless for me since nothing saves :(

I love this app! I use it everyday and Ive really noticed a change in my perspective - much more positive! I am giving 4 out of 5 though because the app seems to not be able to handle emojis well... It cuts the top of them off as if theres no room for the whole thing. Id really love an update that fixes this as it was not free. Other than that, great app!

Before the last update I would have given this 5 stars but after the last update the slideshow now mixes up the journal entry and the photo taken to illustrate the entry. Using the app has definitely caused me to focus on the positives in life.

Have used similar apps before but this is the best. Love the random reminders that cause me to just stop and notice -- they always seem to come at the best time, right when I need them. Simple to use, pop on, add thought(s), maybe a photo and done! Then next time you sign on, it displays reminders of past entries and their photos and its just great, esp. if youre having a rough day.

I have only been using gratitude journal for a month, and it has completely changed my perspective. Now when something negative happens, I step back and see it in context with ease. I am constantly noticing positive things and seeing how lucky I truly am. Im grateful for the app and the opportunity to grow!

On the fourth day of writing I get some message congratulating me instead of my inspirational quote! I love those quotes and I want to be rewarded with one - not told congratulations that I wrote four days in a row! Just sayin

I absolutely love this app. I use it for things I am thankful for and other inspiring things like scripture or pictures that make me smile. I just noticed that the captions dont match the pictures anymore and guessing something happened in the last update? I rebooted my phone and it still does it. Any ideas on how it can go back to the way it was? Thanks for this awesome tool. Seriously best $2.99 I have spent.

Used to use this app a few years back but then stopped bc after many months of use, all my entries just randomly disappeared. It wasnt due to login errors or misspellings. Recently I decided to give the app a chance again and things were fine for a week or two and the fingerprint login was nice and convenient. Then I go to write my entry for today and its saying it doesnt recognize my email or login info. And its as if I never signed up. The only thing that links is my Facebook... And entries from over 3 years ago are only showing up. A gratitude journal shouldnt be this much of a hassle. Save your time and find something else.

I LOVE this app. It reminds me to keep things in perspective. I appreciate the witty reminders and love the motivational quotes. I write 2x a day-a great way to keep perspective!

Gratitude has power! I am thankful for this app to help me get in the habit of being thankful! (Wink, wink) I love the scrolling screen up top and LOVE the new update which matches that entry with the picture. I was just thinking how cool it would be to have he ability to upload this scrolling screen onto my screen saver or to make it full screen while I just watch it play over my week, month, or year! That would be awesome! However it already is my favorite app! I adore the daily quotes! Thank you for all your efforts and energy in creating this perfect app!

As I grow into the best version of myself, this journal has been a key factor in my growth. It allows me to reflect each day on my many blessings and learn how to make tomorrow even better!
